I feel I'm donating money here by playing out the hand like this. If i decide to call PF I don't think i can play rest of the hand like this, especially against such opponent.
If his range is { 22+, AJs+, KQs, QJs, JTs, T9s, 98s, AQo+ } for 3 bets, which is quite likely, I am 66-33 vs this range. Lets assume he calls here w TT, there is 250$ of dead money on flop. We assume that he only calls with tt+ or sets if i decide to push flop. I'm
23.6-76.3 % dog vs that range. So I'm risking 430 to win 774: 774: 430 1.8:1.0

Hero bets $50, UTG raises to $165, Hero? He bets turn 40% of time so he is very likely to follow up turn with a bet even if he is bluffing. He could be doing this with a weaker pocked or a draw but my PP is so low that a lot of XXc draws will be coin flipping with me. Is this a weak fold given that we have no special reads? The reason why i decided to bet flop was the fact that he will bet turn often and i will be folding a lot of the best hands. So C/C kinda sucks if i expect to get pushed off the hand later? or should I be actually doing the opposite? calling both flop and turn no matter what? (There are a lot of turn scare cards for me + the fact that I could already be behind TT+)

Hand 1. I would probably 3 bet PF and most likely fold flop the way played, if I somehow ended up in this situation on river I think a river bet is ok but I don't expect to get called very often. It must sooo look like you hit your flush or str8 and want value for it. That being said I think a bet is better than checking behind in any case..

Hand 2. I think I would 4 bet this PF in a button vs blinds confrontation and easily get it all in on flop if he calls (or call shove pf). If I call pf I think flop is ok. Turn is bloody tough, I guess I would have to fold it.

Hand 3. I pretty much never donk into the pf raiser unless my intention is to 3 bet him and I don't want to do that here, my standard line is to c/c flop and reevaluate. Your line looks exactly like what it is (a PP trying to find out where he is on the hand) so fold.

After reading your comments in hand 3 I still think c/c flop is ok, an option would be to hope for a safe turn card, let him bet it and bomb him.
