your NLH game looks like it needs some work.
First of all, and this is recurring in the hands you posted. Raise more PF. General rule, is 4x the big blind +1bb for each limper. Additionally, I add an extra 1bb if I'm raising out of the blinds. Therefore, on the AA hand you should raise to $1.40 instead of .80.
THe AKs hand is a just call on the turn. You have almost no fold equity on your push and your Ace high is rarely the best made hand. Therefore, you should just call the min-raise. And check fold if you miss and open push on the river if you hit the flush, straight, Ace or King.
On the KK hand you should never check-fold the turn. Its not that likely that the villain hit the Ace. I like how you played that hand.
