Villain is 25/6 fish that is extremely spewy and his betting pattern is quite awkward. Basically he changes his betting pattern according to his mood or something so its kinda hard to say what he does.

Edit: I actually lean more towards C/C or C/F since I cant even determine if I have the best hand, no matter how bad the villain is. So assume villain bets here 250-300$ and you have no reads on what that bet means.

Hand 1, being oop sucks, his cc sometimes means AA but it's also done by AK, QQ, KQs, crap like that. Normally i would always continue being the agg and c/b but a good opponant would know that and raise with QQ, JJ, TT to out play you and scare off the KK. Unless i've seen him raise at scare cards often i'd c/b and fold to a raise... but i suck.

It's not that hey know you have KK asshole, it's that they know if you c/b a lot, that if you don't have an A they can push you off hands like KK, QQ. Now i know why so many people leave this forum, so many stupid responses.

#1 I CB 100% of the time. If they're good enough to bluff raise with QQ/JJ then good for them, AK/AA make up a huge part of my range and they're going to lose a ton when I have those.

#2 I think I check/call the river ... a bet, chk/raise chk line is really weird and I think he'll try to bluff with a bunch of stuff like [Qc] and value bet his two pair type hands, plus you lose less if he has the flush. I don't see how you can bet/fold with less than a PSB left.
