Is CR here too much? I often will get only called by hands that beat me since there are not many 2 pair combos and draws. There is a good chance that he might be bluffing so should I just call and C/C river?

Is shoving here better? Both shows immense strength since I will have a hard time representing a bluff/draw with a short stack in the pot

Hand 1 is spew IMO. I would fold it preflop the first time, and also the second time around. I guess once you have called with it, the shove is OK, but BB leading into 2 players does stregthen in his range a bit.

Hand 2. I don't mind it, it sends a message and sure its getting called by sets, but you are getting stacked by sets regardless. But if CO is aggro and is likely to be bluffing then I like giving him a chance to bluff the river more. The problem is...what is CO limp-calling with? If his range is weighted towards small PPs, then I would just fold flop.

Hand 3. I would not shove. I would raise to a bit more than you did ($250ish) but your play is pretty standard IMO.
