Against 2 limpers, 1 being an EP limper, I'm not normally raising ATo in LP. A lot of people will limp early with better Aces and a c-bet is going to cost you more against 2 and be successful less often. Against 1, I'm probably raising most things from CO/OTB.
I think we can probably rule out sets here and it would strike me as strange as to why he would wait until the turn to raise that board with 2 pair, especially against someone who has bet hard at it twice. Maybe a pair with a T, but he still has to realize that he could be drawing to a split at best and even a loss if he hits his 9. I kinda think you're beat, but I've been wrong before.
