BTNs call seems odd so I don't think he has a high PP.. UTG on the other hand is a total mistery to me.. limp/calling a 3bet in UTG.. I must admit, I haven't seen him doing anything like that so far..

How do I proceed? A CB of $35ish and call a shove? CR/AI? check and give up?

Bet 32 and call a shove is fine.

Unless the button is the type to raise after a limper just because hes in position (and there arent many of those types at those stakes), I wouldnt reraise preflop.

Once you get your reraise called and cold called, I find it very hard to believe that youre ahead with that flop and I seriously doubt youre getting them both to fold unless they both have small pocket pairs which the odds are against.

I would check and see what happens.
