If you've D/L PokerEV you can set up a simple filter on the Game Analysis Graphs tab by clicking Filters...(from a thread at 5)
We're only interested in 2 and 3 barrel bluffs against a single opponent, so in Made Hand choose High Card and Pair, deselect Overpair, Top Pair TK and Top Pair WK (leaving only High Card, Second Pair and Weak Pair selected); change the drop down from On Flop to Any Street; click Apply. On the right section at the bottom, change No. Saw Flop to Exactly 2, and click Apply on the right.
1) On the right hand section at the bottom, change the Action to On Flop, check Bet and click Apply on the right. Your graph will now show the success of your CB bluffs.
2) In the same section, change the Action to On Turn, ensure that Bet is checked and click Apply on the right to see the success of your double barrel bluffs.
3) In the same section, change the Action to On River, ensure that Bet is checked and click Apply on the right to see the success of your triple barrel bluffs.
NB the Current Filters box on the left details the filter options being displayed, and wil be shown on the graph if you select Box.

but the few times I've 3 barrelled haven't worked out so well:
So I need to pick my CB bluff spots a little better, and 2 barrel far more often (against suitable players).
Anyone else care to post their graphs for the same filters?
