Villain is 18/10/1.5, seemed kinda passive/weak tight. My question is: bet the turn or not, and why:

2 folds, Hero raises to $1.75, SB calls, BB calls.

Flop: ($5.25, 3 players)
SB checks, BB checks, Hero bets $3.5, SB folds, BB calls.

Turn: ($12.25, 2 players)
BB checks, Hero...

Fires again... This is the line i like to take because.... as soon as I start to two barrel more often opponents that think they are going to get to see the river for free start to fold the flop more often. Make it $8 and fold if they come over the top. If it does make it to the river I'm probably going to check it down.

I don't mind to check behind and call a river bet, or bet if they check, even with the board this draw heavy, but I really think betting again is the better play.
