I think if he's calling a 2/3 psb, he'll have to have a ten or better. If he has that, I doubt he folds to a shove. I'd shove.

Turn is horrible and I am not a fan of the flop call (raise it small and price draws in + make the pot big enough so you can still stack any A if a spade turns).

I think your bet is about right maybe a little light by like a buck fifty but it is a good value bet. You have the near locked up fuggin' nuts no need to blast him out of the pot right? I can understand the argument for raising more, but I think $10 after a $2.50 bet is too big and the pot is still big enough to shove into.

On the river just poosh, your only alternative is to bet half of who ever stack is the smallest and hope he pushes into you. I decide which one to take depending on the opponents tendencies. If they are aggressive, give them a chance to poosh, if they are a station stack off yourself, if they are tighter, bet half and hope for a call because they aren't calling more.

As rdale says, I have a near lock on this hand, and the only thing I feel I could of done differently is making the turn $8. I think raising anymore (like $10 as some of you suggest) scares him off.
