Excuse me for hijacking this thread please but I have a point to make:
If you read my "double stacked flush" hand you saw a discussion about how there are very few pot played for 400BBs where 2 guys get all in for 200BBs each. When it does happen, one of them usually has the nuts.
I think my point is proven by this hand when TripleB says "since we're deep calling the flop is best". I agree with his thinking, but if we arent going to raise this flop because we are afraid he might reraise and we are too deep to want to risk that, how are we going to get all in when we are very deep? Unless we have the nuts?
So anyway, I like the flop call most of the time. I would also call the turn though and think about folding the river depending in his bet size. Theres a good chance that the BB has something like
[Jh],
[9s],
[Qd]...ect. Against his range I think we have odds to call and re-evaluate the river.
