That's pretty hard to say. I played the 50s from about 2 years ago to 1 year ago, and the 100s from then til recently, but I guess I've played more hands at the 100s than I did at the 50s because my multitabling ratio went up as I got used to it, which drags my average winrate down somewhat.
I'd hazard a guess at something modest like 3ptbb/100 - it's got to be a guess because a lot of my hands were at Bodog before it became PT compat (they had the juiciest reload bonus going as well as the juiciest tables).
JJ, on the same subject, I used to think it was best to achieve a good solid win rate before moving up, but now I think bollocks, I've seen too many 2+2 graphs with winning NL players having breakeven stretches of 20k or 40k hands, and there's no real way (not even with PokerEV) of telling how much of a cooler you've been on...so take shots when your BR can support it and hope it sticks.
I've talked a fair bit of poker with you and played a few hours online and live with you, and there's no doubt in my mind you'd beat 1/2 now if you had the BR, played the right sites at the right time, concentrated on reads and didn't tilt (which I think is one of my strong points). I've found it far easier to put people on ranges at 1/2 than at 0.5/1, with the players more transparent and weaker post flop. The iPoker bonuses/RB at 1/2 clear at about 1.5ptbb/100 too, so for the first time I was able to tell my boss my hourly rate was better playing poker than it was from my job (not that I'd ever want to do this for a living).

When I play a patient and relaxed game I win - that simple.
