There no such thing as a "simple push". You have to do it in style. My preferred action is to "slam my chips into the middle". Sometimes I'll go with the old fashioned method of stating "all in" while doing nothing with my chips. On special occasions I will just "toss my chips" into the pot.

However, since this is online, all I can do is just click the "max" button or "all in" button depending on what site youre playing at. It takes the drama out of it, but what are you gonna do?
