You've got about 30% equity against either a narrow or a wide range assuming no pure bluffs. For a shove to be profitable he has to fold a lot of top-pair hands. As it's blind v blind, I think that becomes less likely.
I think it's a fold, but you have more equity than I first thought. Against the right player, there's a profitable shove to be had here.
