Franks is very good and it's a staple in my [sorry excuse for a] kitchen. It add's flavor an a slight hotness to a lot of things. However, as has been previously stated, Frank's isn't a hot sauce.
Xas, that stuff you posted about, is it similar at all to chili paste? I love that shit. Asian chili paste adds so much flavor to so many things. With that and ginger sauce I think they pretty much have the condiment market cornered.
