The old weak lead on the flop, call a raise, weak lead on the turn, fold to another raise(of course, at the lower levels, they call the turn raise as well alot with a pretty bad hand). I'd rather you C/R the flop or maybe even 3-bet preflop. I'm pretty sure I don't like a bet/3-bet on the flop, but this stop and go just doesn't really look like a winning play. You might actually get your opponent off a hand that beat you on the turn(Ace high), but at this level I see villain calling down with an overpair over 90% of the time, and then calling the river.
Not to be mean, but you played this sort of the same way as every bad player at NL25 and lower does.
