I don't think I like it. Seems spewy to bet the turn and river here most of the time. Just doesn't seem worth it at this level. UTG might not be folding on this board with any number of hands.

Honestly, it looks as if you are playing 3-handed with the player stack sizes like that...and he might not be laying down much to you depending on your stats. I believe(not that I am sure by any means) you are pretty aggressive most of the time, and he might just be willing to look you up a decent amount of the time.

If he calls the turn, he will almost always call the river.

You guys do realize effective stacks are like 180bb? Saying he will almost always call the river is definitely wrong.

I agree with BK on the AQ part, that's the bottom of his range (I really don't think KQ is calling here) and if you think he can fold that then bombs away.
