The goverment is getting involved because steroids is becoming a major issue all the way down to middle school level. If left unchecked it could get much much worse as kids think its cool to take steroids because all their heros do it.
How much money is being wasted? These congressmen are on salary arent they? What would they be doing if they werent having hearings? Sitting in their offices doing nothing? Going on taxpayer funded junketts to Aruba?

ps just give all the athletes streroids and shit I want to see some fucking mutant football. 5'10' running back who runs a 4.1 40, leg presses 2k lbs, and weighs 280... Vs some linebackers who are 6'4 330 lbs and run 4.4 40s.
