So its close to a coin flip. So the pot is failry big and I am gonna get a good price so may as wel get it in the midde when my equity is at its highest,

If hes passive, his range is much smaller that what you listed. Passive people dont raise with out a very good made hand.

He has 2 pair or a set most times......or your read is wrong because passive people dont check raise draws and they just call down with TP.

what about AJc AQc AKc KQc KJc QJc JJ 97s (AA,KK,QQ as well possibly if he's real tricky passive) i would say these are in his range too....a lot of overcard FD hands there which spank you, plus you say he is passive so are you sure he is CRing draws at all and not more likely to be check/calling?? If thats the case that narrows his range a lot....to hands which crush you basically.

Ice, you are correct. My read was wrong. I guess I used the wrong term. He is just loose. But he can be pushed around, what would that mean? I dont know and am curiuos.
