I'm curious about my transaction limit before I move $1900+ from my Full Tilt to Moneybookers.

Does this mean I will not be able to transfer my entire FT BR over? I just want to make sure before I get hit with any fees and whatnot.

You can get that raised pretty quickly by going through the verification processes.

Mail, bank account, etc.

Mine is something like 40k/90 days...after enough time (I'm sure they'd do it if I asked by now) you can get "professional gambler" or whatever status which is unlimited.

Ya, you can buy stuff with Mbookers and send money to other people (in fact, the fees are ABSURDLY low and they blow neteller away).
