Well Kuso I did actually run really really bad today. The funny thing is the pt numbers actually look really solid, if I could maybe flop a set at some point or have the best hand hold up it would have been a good day. I signed up a new account on AP since my other acct doesn't have rakeback. Maybe the choice of username SuperUserFTW wasnt such a good idea. I think I have been doomswitched. I kinda like a little start over, I hadnt played a lot of 6 max in a while so my first 14k hands the beginning hands were much different than the ones at the end. My overall agression was a little low and my won$wsf was a little low from me not being aggressive enough early in the 14k hands.

So I am not running as hot as my journal title proclaimed I was going to but still a semi decent day.Started out with a resounding thud.

I raise to $12 at a 1.2 game with AK. Flop is A93, BB check calls $15, turn 6 BB check calls $25. River Q BB check calls $40 with A3

I call a raise with flop is , I lead $25 and get called by both the PFR and the old lady. Turn . I lead $75 PRF folds lady check calls. River , she leads $35, I just call. She tables [ks]

Right before my table move, I get AA in the BB and shorty moves in for $60 with AK, I call and hold.

So I move to a new table

I limp with 22 flop is 752, BB leads $10, I just call which is kinda dumb and 4 other people call. Turn is a 3, BB leads $15, I make it $55 Button calls, BB calls. River is a 6, BB checks, I check button checks. BB has A7, Button has 23.

A funny hand vs an awful player. I limp 55 flop is AAK, checks around, turn is a 5. She bets $15, I raise to $50. She calls river is an A. She bets $200, I show my hand and fold and she shows K9. She dumped about $2000 to the table over the next 4 hrs, unfortunatly none to me.

So in the middle Shobute, Kenny, and Spankherpair all show up. I get KK raise to $18, get 2 callers including the old man. Flop is 982, I lead $45 only the old man calls, leaving him $30 left. Turn A, he checks I put him in for his last $30, he calls with Q9 and doesnt improve. Kenny sitting behind me says "wow nice turn." LOL

A funny hand with a douchebag. So this dude sat down about 5 min before, and he already is hated by the rest of the table. He is a human rain delay, he takes forever to decide if he wants to call $10. Finally after taking forever to call a $30 river bet, someone calls the clock on him. So the floor comes over, and dude says. Well I am going to fold but I am going to take every second because you called the clock. The othe guy looks at him and says" Wow you are a douchebag." Douchebag calls the floor and whines that the other guy called him a name.

So my hand. I straddle to $4, Douchebag min raise. I look down at AJ and call. I check dark and douchebag checks behind dark. Flop is turn is . I bet $15, he raises to $30 he has $28 left. I put him in, again he takes forever finally calls. River is a brick. I turn over my hand, he turns over AK and says "Ship it." LOL@theDouchebag, it took him all of 5 min to lose all my chips.

I really didnt win to many big hands but I grinded my way to up $500 and then a couple of not so good hands.

I raise to $12 with . Get 2 callers, flop is 9 7, checked to me, I bet $20, weak tight BB calls. Turn is another 9. He checks calls $25. River is a 6, he checks I bet $35 thinking I am value betting. He raise to $75, I make a crying call. He has 77 LOL. Thankfully one more time my opponant sucks at poker because that hand should have
cost me a lot more. Though rivering a bigger boat one time would be sick.

I am the BB with KJ flop is K97. Guy from previous hand bets $10, moron calls in the middle, I call too. Turn is a J he bets $20, I raise to $50. He reraises to $150. I fold my hand face up, and dude trys to swear that he bluffed. He says he thought I had nothing and the he had 89. I laugh, and tell him I dont believe him for a second. Finally he says "you know what I had." He is so weak tight it had to be T8, 99 or 77. This guys doesnt have a 3 bet bluff anywhere in his game.

I raise AK button calls. Flop is K33, I bet $15, button calls. Turn is another 3, mehhh, Icheck call $20. River 6, I check call $30 and moron has 63. Guy gets all grumpy that how bad do I have to be to check call with a full house.

A decent start to Vegas trip, I flopped 2 sets, made a little money on one of them. I got cold decked a bunch.I flop top and bottom against top 2, turn top 2 vs a set, make trips vs a set, and a boat vs quads and still made $245 so really cant complain. Still planning on running hot at some point.

Mehh well so much for running super hot, I had a winning day so I guess I cant complain to much. My new goal for this trip is to just once run as hot as twelver.

Started in the morning in the Venetian. Pretty damn good table, 1/2 there always seems to be soft.

I raise the button with to $12, get 3 callers. Flop is 5 . Checks to me I bet $25, get one caller. Turn , he checks I bet $35, he CR to $90. I think for a couple seconds and shove. He shows 58o and folds. The guy was running so fucking hot I'm kinda glad he didnt call.

Then a really funny hand. I limp with utg, moron who has been pissing off money like crazy. Makes it $20, SB and BB call, I call. Flop is 6 . I check, moron bets $100 into an $80 pot, both blinds fold. Back to me, I am pretty sure I am going to shove but as I'm thinking the guy shows me the . LOL I pretty much instantly shove, there is now nothing he can have that I'm less than 50/50 against and if he is a moron and making a move I'm ahead. Turn is a 6 which sucks, river I table my hand and villian goes nuts. He asks me what could I possibly think his other card is. I tell him another 7. I try to be nice and tell him it was a coin flip. He tells me I'm an idiot and I need to stop talking before I embarrass myself. The funny thing is this guy is wearing a big black cowboy hat, some knock off 80's Oakleys and an ipod. I tell him I'm not the one wearing a hat and sunglasses at 1/2. He gets up stomps around, tells me I'm a fish and he is going to get all my money. The crappy part is he steamed off another $1000 or so and I went completely card dead for the next 2 hrs.

We got dinner and moved over to TI. We had a lot of fun, though I think it might have been the worst EV thing I could have possibily done in Vegas to play a 9 handed table with Shobute, Kenny, SpankHerPair and 12er.

One nasty cold deck put me in a hole I just couldnt climb out of. I raise JJ to $18, only the local nit who limped UTG calls. Flop is T93r. He checks, I bet $25, he calls. Turn is a J, he checks I bet $35, he check mins. I get that sinking feeling in my stomach and just call. River is a 6. The guy shoves $155, I really want to just fold. The guy is a local and a total NIT. I turn my hand over and he gives the good awful "Oh you have a set, I'm going to fake being unhappy." I am about to muck the hand when for some god awful reason I say "call show me your 87" and he tables 87. I love the way i played this hand until the river. Both Kenny and 12er told me that I cant beat myself up about the hand but I disagree. This guy played his hand so transparently, I HAVE to find a fold on the river. The guy is a NIT with no imagination, if he flops a set and I bet he CR. The turn check min then river shove is a straight every time here. Hands like this are what are supposed to set me apart as a winning player, its not a super easy fold OBV but making the correct borderline decision given all the info this guy gave me is what I do well when I'm playing my best and obviously I didnt do it here. Mostly I hate NITs and even more I hate paying them off, this guy plays poker like I did 2 years ago when the other players were so bad you could win playing cards more than poker.

I was never really able to get out of the $300 hole I was stuck in. I did flop trips from the BB against Kenny I had 82 he had K9 the flop is 988. I got 2 bets out of him before he shut down on the river. Not sure if I should even consider betting this river since I dont think he is calling me with a 9 and he was the SB and any other 8 beats me.

So 12er is a complete luck sack. He 3 bets to $65 with AJ, he gets called by KK and KJ, flop is J54. He bets $100 KK shoves for $30 on top. KJ calls, turn is 4, 12er shoves KJ calls. River 3 outter A for the scoop.

We ended up playing a mixed game after with 2-7, badugi, double board holdem, omaha, and crazy pineapple. Again playing 7 or 8 handed with 4 Btpers is not the ev I was looking for though it was a lot of fun, to get hammered and play some games not many of us play a lot. Spank ran hot and made about $300, 12er ran about normal for him. 2-7 lowball he draws 4 to and 8 and makes an 85, standard.

Hopefully by now 12er is the big stack at the $540 deep stack at the V. He promised if he won the thing he would stake me into the $1k tommorrow. Gogo

Venetian

First hand I play is my BB with , 5 limpers I check. Flop 9 8. I lead $12, get 2 callers. Turn 2, I lead $25, same 2 callers. River 2, I lead $40, really bad black guy with a freakin hot GF min raises. I consider pushing but havent seen him play so I just call. He tables A2 WTF?

Couple hands later I limp A Qh in mp flop is flop is Kh Jh Th. I lead $12, local NIT calls. Turn check check. River brick I bet $20 he raises to $90, I muck.

I raise to $12 with QQ flop is of course A high, I bet and get called. Turn K, weak tight guy bets pot. I fold he show AK.

So down 2 bils in my first hour.

Move to a new table. I call a raise with after 4 other people call $18. Flop is AK4 checks around. Turn 7, checks around, river 5. PFR bets $40, I call he turns over JJ, no idea why he would bet that river

I am in the BB with 97 flop is 9d 7d 4. I lead $15 and get 4 callers. Turn is a 7 I was going to bet it but the guy to my left start counting out a bet so I check. Dude bets $30, 2 callers. I bump it to $130, Bettor folds one caller calls. River is a 4 I put him in for his last $120 and he calls with A high and a busted diamond draw.

I flopped a straight with 67 vs a local who claims to have folded a OOSD with a flush redraw. All this with Shobute watching and of course he noted that my raise was to small and that I actually gave his flush draw correct odds.

My one set at the V. I raise 88 flop LP flop is A83r. I bet and both fold.

Thats all for the Ventian we get dinner and go to TI since 12er runs hotter than god there. The game was absolutely insane, there. There really wasnt a good player at the table.

So I buy in $300, I double up with AA vs JJ. The guy called a turn and river bet with a KQQ flop to double me up.

I hit a gut shot with AJ against the same player after he made really weak flop bet. I thought he actually had a big hand since he made the same weak ass bet with top 2 against 12er earlier. Too bad he mucked and the other CS mucked to my turn lead.

I limp with 44, flop is 8c 5c 4. I check guy from AA vs JJ hand bets $20, I CR to $60. CS in the middle puts his last $50, Bettor calls too. Turn is , check check. River is ugggg. I check, so does bettor. CS has k7 and bettor has K8 but no one has a club and the straight wins.

Last hand of the night I limp AJ flop is AAJ. I check and am thrilled when the table moron bets $15 and there are 2 callers to me. I am praying he has an A, I have $600 and he has me covered and is bad enough that I dont think he is ever folding an ace in that spot. Turn is a 8, I check and it checks around. River is another brick. I bet $30, bettor folds some other guy call with a J. Another missed opportunity, I probably should have lead the turn.
