I think I threw up in my mouth a little when I saw that turn check. His remaining stack is under the pot size, put him in.

I'm guessing you just posted this to see if you get called out on the turn rather than caring about your actual river line (I used to do that back in the day), so I'm not even gonna address the river.

That's a good turn card for your hand. Any straight draws are still draws, 77 is now less likely, and you just counterfeited top 2pr. Given that he's got <pot left, put him in.

As played, that river changes nothing: call and expect to win most of the time.

I don't 41 hands is enough information to go on. I think he could have a boat here, sure, but I think more likely he's going to showdown a missed draw, a straight(rarely), or a nine. But, we are getting almost 4-1 and there is little reason to think he always has a big hand here.
