Bad place to shove this close to the money?

With no other information, this is an easy shove if just making the money isn't a big deal which I assume it isn't. You need chips and have a ton of fold equity here against a likely steal attempt.

To me it seems like a great spot to move in. I think most of the time the raiser folds and you take it down.

I can't tell for the life of me what position you're in... button(?) with a high blind limper and an isolation play from a bigger stack than you and you have 20BBs left and you've just passed through the blinds.

Clear fold, even with position (which doesn't matter I know) because you're going to get called by a hand that beats you, here.

AQo, I want to be first in and all-in. I don't want to get involved with two stacks that have me outchipped.

Don't get me wrong, you're all-in with 77-AA, AK, AQ, AJ, KQ, when you're first to act... you are desperate, but you've got 9 more hands, possibly 18 to find a better spot. Had there been a call, instead of an isolation raise, the squeeze here, might work.
