when I played on Cake I used epassporte, and I can cash out up to 1k a day from epass if I remember correct
I think there's a way to upgrade your account or something like that on the epass site and I think then they let you cash out more/day
anyway most atm's allow 600 max I think per day so , 5k would take like a 8-9 days to cash out unless you want to get 1k per day and pay some extra atm fee,which is not such a big deal after all
I don't know about the 5k limit on there cause I never had that much in that account
I hope it helps, and guess you can call them and ask about all of this if you wish
