Player is 38 1.4 4 over 70 hands and plays really weird. I saw him check second nuts on river behind someone and push 9 high on a paired board. I have no idea what to do here.

Hero bets more on the flop - the weak flop bet says "I am weak, please raise me with any heart sir".

That being said, generally micro limit players don't raise a flopped flush, so I think a call and CRAI on a non-heart turn isn't a bad play.

I'm actually going to disagree with Semilon here and say I think this is a pretty standard fold once you get raised.

I don't see what is calling a CRAI on the turn that we beat, I really hate giving him the option of two cards, and I think if we are behind here some of the time due to AK/AQ not 3-betting preflop and people will raise flops with flopped flushes.

Semillon, did you see it was 3 to the flop? Pretty sure most people are raising [7h] there.

I agree with DH, just muck it and move on. You might be ahead sometimes but its going to be expensive to find out and you may have basically no outs if you are behind.
