Your line makes very little sense on the turn. I'm not sure what I do on the turn TBO, I probably call, but I really think the flop is a bad float.

I agree with DH, I think this is not a great spot for a float, I'd raise the flop, and give up if he calls.

As played, a call is good, you cannot credibly represent the 4 here and your line looks a little bluffy to me. I think the turn raise is a little spewy. Call and go from there.
