I would raise, I guess this could get really sticky if he 3-bets you to $40 but I'm still getting it in. I think he has combo draw/two pair so much more than you're beat here and he's never folding them.

So basically, I actually don't want to get 3-bet here, but I think he calls the raise much much more than we get 3-bet here.
