Trod limped in LP there is no way he has AA, he could have 88 or 44 though.

I pretty much hate the way you played this hand if you have either TT or KQ Trod. These are hands you should be raising in position against a bad limper. Either way if you decide to play them passively there is not a big pot to play for so there seems to be no reason to try to bluff a bad player. With TT maybe you can call the flop bet but the raise sucks, there is no draw that he could really be on and he likely is going to call you down with his ace. With KQ just fold to the flop bet, the pot is small and you have no real hand or draw. As DS said if you are going to raise as a bluff here making it $50 on top inot a pot that is $170 is just bad unless you have a monster.
With AK/AQ vs a calling station a I think the turn raise is ok but make it a real raise to protect your hand.
