My real question was about the bet size.
I find when I have AQ there and put in a decent raise they fold a bunch. So I'm wondering if I should be betting a bit less (like I had AA or 23 clubs).
Or should I be doing it with KQ or TT, etc.

Raise size is perfect...make it so that you have about 2/3p left on the river at the most.
