Villain is a uber CS. I've seen him ck/call turns with A high no draw.
He has yet to fold to me and I can't really seem to hit a hand (like AK missed).

He limps SB, I raise BB to 8 with 5[d] 5[c]

He instacals.

Flop ($16). K[d] 5[c] Q[d].

He ck/calls my 13 bet.

Turn 9[c]. He ck/calls 30 into 42 pot.

River 2[d]. Of course flush got there. He now cks.
Pot is 102 and he has about that left.

Do I bet?

you should shove this hand against this player.

especially since you're talking about calling if he C/R's your smaller bet.

your shove will look sorta bluffy. he'll talk himself into calling with KJ or whatever.

I think the betting to that point is fine.

I'd normally go with just a small bet of 35 here, as I don't think this kind of player really ever has a flush here. If you think he'll call more, then by all means go for it. I'm honestly more worried about JT than flush, but more than likely he has some kind of K. If it's KQ, then he'll probably call even a push, but I'd make it easy for KT to call, too.

I hate the idea of betting 1/2 pot and folding to a shove (even if its the right play) because to be honest, my game is way off right now, and that would do me more harm than good.

I checked behind and he mucked KJ.

I think UA (nice to see again), Ice, and others are right that he calls a shove there a bunch.
