Also, with 67s, sham, I think it depends on villain. FE speaks for raising. Also how he plays post-flop. If it's fairly easy to take down a HU pot even if he calls, then it's a good raise. And if it's not... hmmm... well, maybe then, too, just not putting any more in unless you hit. I think there are plenty of variations where you can make implied odds work for you here as long as you bet out your draw for deception purposes.
Anyhow, I generally feel like raising 76s here gives me more options post flop.
