So today was a ridiculous day of poker. I probably put in about 10 hours and had one of the swongiest days of my life.
The graph says it all:
I was really happy at around hand 3,800 and then I won a stack at 10/20 when I called a 3bet with AQ and stacked KK on a QQ44x board. Then I lost AA to 33 in a blind battle on a 763 flop when the money went in. Then I lost a few smaller pots amounting to about another stack at 10/20 and then I lost a stack at 5/10 getting flush over flushed. We were 400bb deep but thank god I only had the 2nd nut flush and thank god the river paired the board and thank god I didn't raise the river. I then decided to stop playing.
Whatever. All in all it wasn't the worst day in the world, it just feels like it given how it ended. I have decided to play mostly 5/10 again with some tables of 10/20 and 3/6 mixed in now and then.
I've booked my tickets to the US. I'll be there from the 27th of March to the 10th of April and then again from the 3rd of June to the 17th of July.
Poker is silly.
It is not enough to be good at chess, you must also play well.
Somewhere in the world someone is training when you are not. When you race him, he will win.
