Teamviewer: is a very easy program that lets you see someone else's screen or lets them see yours.

I've got a logitetch headset, it's real simple and cost like $20. It's better than any other's I've used.

You don't need a 'headset' just a decent mic - I have a lapel one.

You need Teamviewer 3 (the person WATCHING needs the QS one, the other person uses TV3).

Meh do we have to use TeamViewer (it allows the sharer to remote control your PC)? I think this sucks tbh.

What are its pros/cons versus Mikogo?

mikogo doesnt lag as bad as teamviewer can at times.

depending on how many people are in on the call ventrillo (sp*) is good. skype for 1-3 people, vent for 4+

I just use a mic and headphones.

Also, I don't use teamviewer or any of that stuff. I find that when you're only playing 4 tables (and really if you're playing anymore than that, it's gonna be too quick for good discussion anyway) it's really not a problem to just have your student say his hole cards for each table. And if he has 84o UTG he can just fold without having to tell you what he has, so it's not like a constant hassle or anything.

I did have one student who wouldn't/couldn't use skype, so we just typed on AIM, and in that instance we used a teamvieweresque program.

How does that work? Isn't it also about seeing the players' stats at each table?
