I limp UTG with [Kd]. Table is very raisy daisy as it has 4 multitalbling regs...me and one fish.

UTG+1 (16 / 12) raises to $12. Its folded back to me so I call instead of reraising.

Pot $27. Flop [6d][3h]. I check. He bets $23. I call.
Pot $73. Turn . I check, he bets $64. I should probably CRAI right here, but I dont think he can call. I think he has AQ. maybe he would call...I have no idea as we've never played any big pots. He has $121 left. I just call.

Pot $201. River .

Do I check and hope he bets again with AQ? Surely hes betting AJ.
It seems like every time I try to call an aggressive reg down he pounds me with almost full pot bets at every street and I cant get to showdown. its like they just dont worry about what im calling with and they just pound away with TP.....but for some reason I think hes this guy will check behind here. Do I open shove?

I would go back in time and checkraise the turn, as played I prefer to open shove the river and put him on a decision.

PF is bad, IMO. First, I doubt you balance your limp-reraising range, so if you do it, it tends to be kinda obvious what's going on. So, if the table has been raisey, just open UTG and hope for a 3bet.
