It really is very difficult for me to comment on. I'm running at about 16ptbb/100 at NL400 over 6k hands or so, but I'm down at NL600, NL1000, NL2000 and NL5000. I have played about 7k hands at all those stakes combined, and definitely run bad there and good at 2/4. I don't have anywhere near a big enough sample to say for sure what it's like but I would lean towards saying session-to-session variance might be higher but over any significant sample it's going to be less variance than other sites.
I think it would be very rare for a good player to have more than a 10 buyin downswing (much moreso than on other site), but I think 2-5 buyin swings would be fairly frequent.
Poker is silly.
