You are OOP here - you either 3 bet pre-flop or call to basically set-mine (check flop to his CB if hit) or if miss bet out on a non-paint flop...a 26/14 villain will be raising 20-30% in that position (or are the HEM stats already positional?) so I like a 3 bet...if he only 3 bets 2.5% you can safely fold to his 4 bet I figure..
