if by not aggressive, you mean he wouldn't raise without 2p or better, then yes i would fold.

granted, however, given the lack of a flush draw on the board, it seems odd that a set would push so fast, especially since it's two handed and you raised preflop. by that i mean in the eyes of your opponent, i would think you to likely have two overs or at best a weak overpair, with two overs being much more likely. eh, i might call. what's his post flop aggression factor?

I find it hard to fold a big overpair at those stakes...I'd prolly shove the flop.
