Villian is 17/13 over 170 hands and very aggressive so far hence why I cold called pre-flop. I bet him out of a 3 bet pot earlier - he was the aggressor - with the worst hand. I've been quiet lately and folded to some small bets to short stacks lately i'm playing tighter than usual due to the short stacks that were at the table.

I fold here. You are beat most of the time and when you arent he has a ton of equity. He commits himself with that 3 bet and this is air like never.

It's good to point out that this is mostly a bluff...it's just that the existence of outs makes it a technical semi-bluff...But, shoving the turn could still result in a call from [Ks] which does make it more of a value bet than bluff.
