If Obama was such a sinister threat in terms of his possible beliefs, motives or intent for office wouldn't there be some inkling of this in the CIA/NSA/Homeland security areas?

I appreciate there's the obvious response of 'Well they were really good at preventing 9/11' but that was a somewhat unpredictable threat. But his candidacy has been on the radar for a long time. Given that these agencies will have records on all politicians, wouldn't any serious issues have already been unofficially leaked?

I apppreciate there are various logical flaws in this argument and that intelligence services aren't supposed to meddle in these matters. Nor am I saying that everyone who gets to the prominent election stages that Obama has holds an implicit thumbs up from the intelligence services.

I know this is somewhat of a reverse conspiracy theory, I'm just trying to make a small point.
