I'd call the flop min-raise, probably check/fold the turn when the spade comes, or he bets again. I'm reluctant to give up so easily on the flop due to the draws out there, but I think pushing here is probably the worst thing you could have done. Call>fold>>>>>>>push. I think the push is really bad because he's probably calling you with a hand that you flip with like
[8s] and any hand that crushes you but folding all pairs except AA and FH's. Also, we have position and we can see if he was CRing the flop with a draw that he will probably check the turn with.
I think BK's point about this being a check-min-raise and much stronger than a min-raise in position shouldn't be ignored.
