Well, we're limp re-raising almost as often as we're limp calling. And the limp-call isn't on marginal hands but on solid ones where the flop is also pretty easy to play. I really think the roughly 10% limp re-raise (where we're playing 67% or so) should slow them down. Also, if they're really raising any 2 (or frankly >50%), then I think expanding the value-limp-re-raises to 99+, AJ+, KQ is good, as well as probably throwing AXs short-term into the bluff limp-re-raises. AXs is also the only hand in the "normally raise" group where I'm not terribly excited about a limp-call OOP.
I don't see why it should be that hard to fight back against players who will chronically raise a limp.
