all of a sudden today my monitors picture turned sideways..never saw anything like that before in life.

was trying to print from a web site--froze up-rebooted and when it came back on the entire picture is now sideways..if I turned the monitor on its right side hitting the desk the picture would be normal...

anyone ever see anything like this before?

Never heard of it happening from something like that. But computers can do weird things.

With most monitors you can fix this issue right on the monitor itself. One of those buttons on your monitor will bring up a setup menu, and you use the other monitor buttons to navigate. There usually is a few features to look for: rotation, auto-adjust, reset to factory settings. Try those, or anything that sounds like it could fix your problem.

I do believe that if you pick you head up off the desk, the problem will go away. It's magic but that's the way I roll.

Sounds like a build up of dust in your keyboard.

Next time do what I do... Just flip the monitor on it's side.
