The biggest reason viruses are less of a threat to Mac users is the same for Linux, Firefox, and Opera users really - not because it's necessarily less prone to exploits - but because it's so significantly less popular. Exploits try to hit the largest amount of people by attacking the most popular OS and applications.
I really only have 3 issues with Macs:
1) Price / performance. As Red and Beavis can attest, with computers (and cars) I'm all about cost-efficiency. Best bang for buck. Macs are more expensive.
2) Gaming / application compatibility. This again, is mostly just because Apple has such a small percentage of the market share. I know there's emulation and "virtualization" but it's not perfected and uses up more resources than running it natively.
3) Lack of customization. If I wanted to pick out specific parts to put in my PC, I could do it one at a time through NewEgg.com or whatever. Or I could go to IBuyPower.com or whatever and customize it to my liking. Not so with Macs - none of that!
