He pushed me off a AK on the turn about 30 hands before this and showed me K8 on a KT38 board when I lead for 15 and he raised me to 67...
Any suggestions on how to deal with guys like this???

2008 Goals:

Be patient. You'll find a spot where you are way ahead and he will spew right into you. Let the overaggs hang themselves.

Since the only hand he can have which beats your are JT and 22 on the flop I think it's close, especially since the board is so drawy you'd expect him to raise either or his hands more.
Without taking into account the K8 hand if he's playing everything I would without a doubt 3-bet/get it in as you're really not that deep. Given the K8 hand and based on the fact he has $400 so he probably has actually been doing this with real hands I think you played it fine.
