I didn't read the whole thing. Just the entire hand and skimmed some comments afterward so maybe I'm repeating someone.
Pre Flop - You're pretty much a crazy bastard on the Button anyway from what I remember so yeah, I guess it's really a marginal argument either way since you will play well postflop.
Flop - Once everyone else folds you can't really raise for pure equity but you can and probably should, if you think you can get a free turn card. If you really don't think so, the call is ok I guess.
Turn - This is what jumped at me immediately, even before reading the comments after. I wondered about raising the turn just from a pure equity standpoing against 2 people. If you miss you can check or fold. If you hit, you can stick in another bet. I'm wondering if this is really marginal either way also.
River - What else are you gonna do but check there?
