I think you played that a bit weird. No raise preflop? Slowplaying the flush on a paired board?

On the turn you need to pop it since a lot of bad cards can arrive on the river. Any diamond will kill your action, any J, Q or T will make your hand worthless and if someone is holding trips (meaning they'll pay you off) they might hit their kicker with the free card.

I agree that a min raise on the turn would be best, but I also want him to make a boat. There are only 8 diamonds left, so I think the slowplay here is okay except for when the diamond hits. It's only hitting 18% of the time, so you got unlucky. Why this guy is married to trip Queens with that scary board is beyond me. Maybe they play too aggressively early at UB just like at Party?
