(fwiw, i was a blackjack counter and successful for 20 years...NL holdem is WAY better...to this day, i still hate splitting 8's and 6's and what not, and hitting those 16 vs 10's)

I already told him that I'd rather him not go than for her to go... Think of it this way, she got all pissed off that we were sitting behind a pornstar at dinner (which we couldn't do anything about)... I'm kind of an old hat at poker, so no promises on leaving them any money at the tables(hopefully), but I'm pretty new to the whole "pick a woman, or two, or three, and it's a sure thing" deal, so I may be a little shaky at that at first... But, hell, that's what God created Tequila for, right...?

BTW... I really think a poker journal is a good idea... I'm just too lazy and too embarassed about my play most days to warrant writing...
