Hit CTRL+Print Screen key. That copies it to your clipboard. then you can paste screen shot wherever.

you need to save the image on your hard drive first. so to do that, you can copy and paste it into your "paint" application or something and save it as a jpg. remember where you stored it on your hard drive.

then you can go to a free image hosting site. dont know if i can post links but "imageshack" is one, for example. type it into google and you'll find it (ends in .us for some reason). from there, you will see where to browse your hard drive for the image. upload it and voila! they will give you a link. that is what you need to copy and paste into the message board. the link is what will show people your image.
