Speaking of bourbon... does anyone like Booker's (Booker Noe's?)?
It used to be only given as gifts to employees (2 bottles, iirc) until about 10 years ago or so, and the black market was fierce. Now they sell it outright, as I suppose the market was there for a select bourbon.
It definitely has a kick (it's uncut), but goes nicely on the rocks, and can be sipped in the right circumstances (usually with food -- like a steak -- for me).
I like the Knob, too.
