I had this hand last night and needed another opinion on it.
Playing $25PL Omaha on Party, I'm dealt JT87ss in CO and there are 4 limpers to me. I limp with about $35 stack. Button folds and blinds complete. Everyone has about a full stack. Flop comes down Q62 rainbow. It gets checked around. Turn is 9, completing the rainbow. Ok, now I have a ton of straight draws and don't have to worry about a flush. Pot is about $3.30 or so and MP bets pot. 1 caller to me and I just call. 1 more caller from EP and its 4 way. Pot about $15. River comes a 5, giving me nut straight, absolute nuts. Checked to me. I bet $7 and only MP calls me with Q9 for two pair and I take the pot.
My question is that with the big draw that I had on the turn, should I have raised it? I've been getting hammered trying to bet some draws so I've been waiting for made hands. If I was first to act instead of last, should I be betting it then or just call a pot bet if its made back to me to see a cheaper river. What if the flop was Q96, should I be betting and raising that rather than if I hit that draw on the turn? I know I'm being too passive in omaha so I need help with that.
