The problem with a limp re-raise is that (normally) it gives away your hand. This means that, if someone calls, they know where they are on the flop (unless you connect well with your non-A cards). I think a re-raise is generally correct, and I'm sure Monk can correct me on this, if you can get 2/3 or so of you stack in with it pre-flop and create a heads up situation. I don't think your re-raise was that bad as you would expect most players to fold and you were able to get a large chunk of the stacks you were playing against in pre-flop. On the flop you have to push in - you have the AA still, which might be good, and the nut flush draw too. You may as well bet out and gain some fold equity as you will be calling anyway. Remember that in PLO the advantage you have over weaker players post-flop is a big one - this is where you want to be forcing them to make the biggest errors.

Yep, I'd probably hang fire on the big re-raise against solid players because they'll know instantly you almost certainly have AA. On the other hand, on this fishy table, you want as few callers as possible (preferably none or one!) and so re-raising seems a good option.

The all in on the flop is automatic, that is about as good a flop as you can hope for. I think you win somewhere in the 70% region off that flop, given your opponents holdings. With no high cards out other than the K, a set seems unlikely, and even against a set you have easily enough outs to play for your stack.

Very wise. This is why, IMO, the blinds make PLO virtually unplayable at party. A raised pot with 4 or 5 callers becomes a very tenuous situation where you know you have no room to actually play.
